UTORcloudy, the ITS Private Cloud AI powered Assistant has joined the vss-cli

We are thrilled to announce that UTORcloudy, our AI-powered assistant, has now integrated with the vss-cli! With the latest release of vss-cli v2024.7.0, you can now leverage the power of AI to get instant answers to your questions about virtual machine management, guidelines, and how-to articles.

The AI assistant, powered by Danswer and llama3, is designed to provide you with accurate and reliable information, all while staying within the boundaries of our knowledge base. As a result, you can trust that the answers you receive will be backed by credible sources and citations.

Make sure to upgrade the vss-cli to v2024.7.0.

To get started with the command assist, you'll need to obtain a VSS_GPT_TOKEN from our team. Once you have the token, you can store it in the vss-cli configuration file using the following command:

vss-cli configure set gpt_token <your_token>

With this integration, you'll have access to a wealth of information at your fingertips, all while ensuring that your data remains secure and within the University of Toronto's ITS Private Cloud infrastructure.

We're excited to see the impact this will have on your workflow and look forward to hearing your feedback!
