All virtual machines running on ITS Private Cloud are required to have VM Administrator up-to-date.

The ITS Private Cloud stores user related metadata in the virtual machine annotation field. This data is frequently queried by our set of automated tasks to run multiple health checks and notify promptly to virtual machine owners of any issues.

Administrator

The Virtual Machine administrator is the individual or group responsible for the virtual machine operation.

Informational Contacts

Setting informational contacts in the VM metadata is optional but recommended. This field is to store functional users email addresses.
