Step-by-step guide
OpenVPN (Preferred VPN Choice)
OS X
Procedure tested with Tunnelblick 3.5.0 (build 4265)
Download and Install Tunnelblick.
Download vskey-gw.ovpn and vskey-gw.crt from here.
Double click on vskey-gw.ovpn.
- Select whether the VPN will be available for All users or Only you. Type in your admin credentials.
- Select Done.
Go to the taskbar and look for the Tunnelblick icon, click on it and select "Connect vskey-gw".
Type your VSKEY credentials.

Windows
Download and Install OpenVPN.
Download vskey-gw.crt and vskey-gw.ovpn from here.
Copy both configuration files to OpenVPN configuration directory (either "C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\" or, with Windows 7+, "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\OpenVPN\Config\").
Run OpenVPN as Administrator (Right Click on OpenVPN Icon and click Run as Administrator).
Search for the icon in the taskbar and click connect.
Type your VSKEY credentials.

Android 4.x
Download/install OpenVPN Connect.

iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Install OpenVPN Connect from iTunes.

L2TP/IPSec
Download the L2TP/IPsec pre-shared key
Go to Network preferences.
Create a VPN Interface. with Type L2TP over IPSec. and Set Service Name: VSKEY-GW or any desired name.
Server address must be vskey-gw.eis.utoronto.ca
Go to Authentication Settings and paste the already downloaded L2TP/IPsec pre-shared key.
Save settings and Connect using your VSKEY credentials.
