Learn how to ensure UTORrecover client connectivity efficiently with these straightforward instructions.

1. Introduction

From logging in to accessing detailed information and logging out, these instructions ensure a seamless process for onboarding clients to UTORrecover. First open a web browser and go to https://backups.eis.utoronto.ca. Note that access is restricted to on-campus or UTORvpn only.

2. Click "Login with UTORid"

Access the UTORrecover client by logging in with UTORid. If your logging fails, please reach out to backups@eis.utoronto.ca to request access.

3. Click "Enter FQDN or IP"

Enter the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) or IP address in the designated field.
