Virtual Machine Calculator and Additional Services

A new section has been added to the Virtual Machine calculator to include additional services related to Virtual Machines. In this iteration, we have included the Operating System Support provided by the Systems and Solutions Group (SSG). If you tick on the checkbox, a new column will be added to the table prorating their support fee over the months you select.

Click “Export to PDF” and your quote will include information on how-to get started.

Download your billed Virtual Machine inventory from the Portal

The ITS Private Cloud Billing Portal allows Billing Contacts, Business Officers and Technical Contacts to browse through bills and download copies for their records. Now we have added a feature to download a virtual machine inventory, just hover over the document number and click on the CSV option.

Bill new section: ITS Private Cloud Managed IP Address Section

Partners with virtual machines on VSS-PUBLIC and EIS-VSS-CGN will see a new section named “Virtual Machine inventory with DHCP IP v4 Address” in their upcoming September, 2023 bill. This section is intended to include complimentary IP Addresses managed and allocated by the ITS Private Cloud Team aka VSS.
