ITS Private Cloud Portal
Update the Virtual Machine configured Operating System
Now you can perform updates to the Operating System settings in the Virtual Machine. More information about this setting can be found here https://eis-vss.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VSSPublic/pages/1442152464 .
Improvements to Virtual Machine Restore Request message

We recently announced the availability of Virtual Graphic Processing Units (vGPU) for Virtual Machines (https://eis-vss.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VSSPublic/blog/2023/12/13/1443266582 ), and this resource has been added to the Additional Resources section in the Virtual Machine Cost Calculator.
Additional Services: UTORrecover Backups
In the Additional Section, we are welcoming UTORrecover Backups provided by the Hardware Infrastructure Group (HIG). If you tick on the “UTORrecover Backups” checkbox, two fields will show: Churn Rate and Protected Data, where you can specify the values and click add to include a Backups column with the total cost per month for protected data and licensing.
Bill new sections
vGPU
Partners with virtual machines using vGPUs will see a new section named “Virtual Machine inventory with Graphic Processing Unit (GPU)” in their bill.
VM Restore Requests
Back in November 2023, we announced the availability of Virtual Machine Restore Requests ( ) which were free of charge for the whole November. Starting December 2023, partners with requested and approved Restore Requests will see a new section named “Virtual Machine Inventory Restore Requests” in their bill as follows:
