Given the fact that we will entering Phase 2 (https://eis-vss.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VSSPublic/blog/2024/02/27/1556545538) of our structured rate adjustment for the ITS Private Cloud service, we have improved the field description to avoid any confusion while using the Pricing Year to calculate your virtual server cost.

Additional Services: UTORrecover Backup Physical Hosts

In January, 2024, we introduced UTORrecover Backups to the calculator, however there are cases where the backed up hosts are physical servers. If you tick “Only Backups”, no virtual resources will be considered, just backups.

Billing

Financial Information System (FIS) codes review

Earlier this month we started a review of Financial Information System (FIS) codes related to ITS Private Cloud accounts. This review ensures the accuracy and efficiency of our billing process as we transition into the new fiscal year.

We have sent emails to all Client Contacts and Business Officers, inviting them to confirm or edit their FIS code information. Also, you can manage your FIS codes directly through the ITS Private Cloud Billing Portal. Simply log in, select the client, review or modify the codes as necessary, and click 'Save'.

Next time you access the client information, the “Confirmed On” field should will display the date and time of your last confirmation as shown in the following screenshot:
