Problem
On Windows clients, messages like "Unable to connect to the remote server" or "Could not connect to vctr5-1.dcb.eis.utoronto.ca" from the vSphere client and "This page can't be displayed" from the vSphere web client.
Solution
Administrator privileges is a requirement in order for OpenVPN to work.
Executing OpenVPN as administrator will fix the issue:
- Right click on the OpenVPN icon and click on "Run as Administrator".
- Right Click on the OpenVPN icon located in the task bar and click Connect.
- Type your VSS Credentials
