VMware Tools are not installed automatically via vSphere Client

Problem

When I right-click on the VM > Guest > Install/Upgrade VMware Tools, nothing happens and VMware tools are not Installed.

Solution

Having VMware Tools installed is necessary for the efficient operation of VMs in the Virtualization Environment.
