Pre-requirements

Install and Configure the NetWorker Client:

Perform an Echo Request How-to check NetWorker client connectivity for UTORrecover
Existing Customers:
Login to the UTORrecover Portal and Submit a Commission Request.
Review How-to commission physical or virtual clients to UTORrecover for details.
New Customers:
Send an email to backups@eis.utoronto.ca and provide the following:
Backup Start Time: i.e.
02:00 AM
or11:30 PM
.Retention Policy: i.e.
1 Month
or2 Months
or3 Months

The UTORrecover team will reach out to you once the Protection Group and Workflow are fully configured.
Login to the UTORrecover Portal and Submit a Commission Request
If the client has multiple IP addresses, configure a static route on the registered IP address to ensure connectivity with the UTORrecover NetWorker Backup Server IPs.
